The following is a list of questions typically asked by new lease customers.

How long is the lease?
Most leases are setup for 24 or 36 months, however shorter terms are available. Depending on the amount, longer-term leases, up to 60 months may also be available. Contact an XRoads Networks sales represetative for additional details.
What is the monthly cost?
Monthly lease amounts could start as low as $21/mo per unit, depending on the appliance, term of lease, and other factors. It is important to work with your XRoads Networks sales representative to determine the best fit for your deployment.
Do I own the equipment?
XRoads Networks retains ownership of the equipment throught the end of the lease term. All lease terms end with a dollar buyout option at which time ownership is transferred to the customer. All taxes, fees, etc are the customers responsibility.
What about hardware support?
XRoads Networks annual support and platform maintenace is includes in every lease agreement so rest assured the hardware will be fully supported by our engineering and support teams. Additionally all lease agreements automatically include our extended warranty program with coverage on all appliances up to two years.
How do I get started?
Simply fill out our lease request form to start the process. You may also want to download and review our standard lease sgreement and terms sheet.
What is the minimum lease amount?
Typically all leases must have a minimum hardware purchase price of no less than $5000. This amount may include multiple units, i.e. multiple Edge2WAN appliances, or several EdgePRO units. This amount does not include support or maintenance coverage which is added on to the hardware purchase price. Long-term lease contracts over 36 months typically must have a hardware purchase price of no less than $25,000.
Can I resell equipment which is leased?
No, all hardware which is under an active lease agreement can not be resold until the contract has been completed. The contract is considered completed once the dollar buy options has been excerised at the end of the lease agreement period.
Can I return leased equipment?
No, once the agreement has been signed and accepted by XRoads Networks the hardware will be shipped to the customer and is non-returnable outside normal warranty repairs and replacement.
Is installation support included?
Yes, included with every lease agreement is full installation assitance. XRoads Networks engineering and support teams will provide full installation support and assistance for the EdgeXOS platforms. XRoads Networks does not provide any network consulting or other non-EdgeXOS hardware support services so please make sure that if such assistance is needed to obtain it prior to installing the EdgeXOS equipment.
Can I terminate the lease ahead of schedule?
Yes, if you find that you need to terminate the lease ahead of schedule please contact an XRoads Networks representative and they can provide the lease buyout amount at that time.
