EdgeXOS Firmware Updates

Included with the monthly service fee, our support center will provide EdgeXOS firmware updates as needed with new feature enhancements at no additional charge.








Centralized Global Monitoring

Includes full access to our XGM system to monitor and manage all of your EdgeXOS appliances 24/7/365. Included for one year with this program and is only $25/unit per year thereafter. No servers to maintain, fully secure and redundant.


Basic URL Filtering (w/Live Updates)

In our partnership with Netsweeper each web content filtering customer receives access to our web console control for self administration of web content. Our Netsweeper management console provides access to reporting and the ability to add/remove allowed or denied sites, change categories, and change time/day of access.


Remote Access Site2Site SSL Tunnels

By deploying an EdgeXOS appliance at your location, you can setup remote tunnels to each customer with an EdgeXOS platform and establish full Layer 3 connectivity. This remote access would enable you to provide unsurpassed remote support services as you would have the ability to directly connect to remote machines, monitor servers, etc as if you were on the customers LAN.

An XRoads Networks engineer is assigned to each ISP/MSP account in order to ensure that we understand your needs and can provide quick resolution to any issue that may come up.


24/7 Call Center Ticketing

XRoads Networks maintains three data-centers in the US to ensure 24/7 access to our web-based systems. Through our 224/7 call center customers can open support tickets anytime day or night. Most tickets are responded to within an hour during normal operating hours.
