EdgeXOS Firmware Updates
Included with the monthly service fee, our support center will update the EdgeXOS firmware as needed with new feature enhancements at no additional charge.



Centralized Global Monitoring
Our NOC will monitor your EdgeXOS appliance 24/7/365. In the event of an issue our NOC will immedaitely open a ticket and our support team will be diagonising the issue. Proactive management and support.
Netsweeper WebFiltering (Network Based)
In our partnership with Netsweeper each web content filtering customer receives access to our web console control for self administration of web content. Our Netsweeper management console provides access to reporting and the ability to add/remove allowed or denied sites, change categories, and change time/day of access.
SourceFire IDS/IDP (Monthly)
In our partnership with SourceFire each extended firewall cusotmer receives access to the SourceFire IDS engine. Managed Platforms will setup subscription services for each unit as part of the service. Updates are provided on a monthly basis. Daily updates are available for as part of our advanced firewall service (recommended).
Site2Site SSL Tunnels
Developed by XRoads Networks this SSL client allows remote end-users to securely connect to the Edge2WAN appliance. These clients are compact, portable and easy to use. They estalish a direct connection from the end-user to the remote office and can be used in any network environment, hotel, hotspot, etc.
Simple Change Request Procedure
Our ticketing system is extremely easy to use and allows our customers to request updates and/or changes to their EdgeXOS appliance 24/7 via a simple web-based form.
24/7 NOC Support Assistance
Managed Platforms maintains three data-centers in the US to ensure 24/7 access to our web-based systems. Our managed services support team is also available 24/7 from our NOC on the east coast of the US. Email support is always available, response times are typically less than 30 minutes.
