We have a number of lease options available, all of which include our platform maintenance and support services in order to ensure that your purchase is covered by our support team 24/7, 365 during the lease term. XRoads Networks has also extended the warranty terms on all leased products for a full two-years, twice the norm.
With a Managed Platforms lease XRoads Networks also includes free access to our XGM (XRoads Global Management) system so that our lease customers can easily access all of their appliances through a single easy to use web-GUI.
XOS Global Manager This service provides a centralized management system from which our customers and partners can easily manage ALL of their Edge units in the field. This system is provides fast access to EdgeXOS appliances, an auto-save feature for configuration backup, syslog storage, extensive network reporting and rolled up logging.
