MSP Custom Branding

XRoads Networks offers a white label branding service to our dedicated MSP partners that broadly deploy our EdgeXOS platforms. This service allows our partners to place their own logo and trademark information on the external labeling of the appliances and customize the internal web-based interface.

White Label Requirements

In order to provide this service an MSP partner must commit to quarterly purchase levels and provide all of the artwork needed in order to produce the external label. Internal customization is performed for our partners at an additional one-time cost.

The added benefit of having a branded solution means that your customers recognize your organization as the "network provider" which adds stickiness to your services. Further the branding becomes a type of marketing for new customers and helps our MSP partners gain mind share.

Web Management Branding

At an additional cost XRoads Networks can customize the internal web interface of our EdgeXOS appliances so that they have your logo and color scheme, as well as any custom images, and naming conventions you wish to use over our existing standard deployments. Some items can not be changed, however most of the interface is configurable. If you will have customers accessing the devices directly as well as performing management services, you may wish to consider this option.
