Each ZeroOutages platform comes with remote engineering support from our East and West coast support teams. Our engineers are available between 7am and 7pm EST. After hours support is also available for an additional fee when requested. If you are having an issue with your ZeroOutages appliance and/or connectivity problems, please call 888-997-6237 option 3.

All installation support calls are typically schedule by your assigned project manager, this must be done at least 24 hours in advance so that we may ensure that every customer gets the dedicated time required to ensure a successful installation.

Platform Warranty

All ZeroOutages platforms come with standard warranties for the life of the service contract. No additional warranty is required when using this service. ZeroOutages provides spare-in-the-air next day replacement for all US-based customers.
